SRM Film School is an acting training institute providing skill development and educational programs only. It does not function as a casting or placement agency.

2No Guarantee Clause

SRM Film School does not guarantee:

• Acting roles
• Auditions
• Placement or employment
• Career success

All outcomes depend on individual effort, talent, and external industry factors.

3Student Responsibility

Students are solely responsible for pursuing opportunities, attending auditions, and building their careers.

4Fees Policy

All fees are strictly:

under any circumstances, including withdrawal, dissatisfaction, or absence.

5No Misrepresentation

Students acknowledge that no false promises or guarantees have been made.

6Conduct & Discipline

SRM Film School reserves the right to terminate admission for misconduct without refund.

7Course Changes

Course structure, schedules, and faculty may be modified without prior notice.

8Intellectual Property

All training material, content, videos, and recordings belong exclusively to SRM Film School.

9Media Rights

The institute may use student photos/videos for training and promotional purposes without compensation.

10Limitation of Liability

SRM Film School shall not be liable for:

• Career outcomes
• Financial loss
• Missed opportunities
• Personal expectations

11Indemnity

Students agree to indemnify and hold SRM Film School harmless from any claims arising from participation.

12Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

13Arbitration

All disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

• Arbitrator shall be appointed by SRM Film School

14Jurisdiction

Subject to arbitration, courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
